Pramod Kumar Sharma

He is the founder as well as managing partner of the firm and he established the firm in the year 1987. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1987 and has been practicing since then. He is the guiding force behind the firm with his varied experience in almost all the fields. He is the senior most partner of the firm and is vastly experienced. He specializes in direct taxation, statutory auditing, banking as well as real estate. He has immense and rich experience in the field of direct taxation and his forte is representing the clients before the Appellate Authorities under the Income Tax Act, 1961. He is also in charge of consultancy and representation under the Companies Act, 2013, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
Ram Gopal Khandelwal

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1980. He has served Madhya Pradesh State Forest Development Corporation Limited before entering into practice after his retirement. His is in charge of auditing of small and medium enterprises and representing them before the income tax authorities.
Prachi Sharma
B.Com., FCA
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2013 and has been practicing since then. Her forte is corporate auditing as well as indirect taxation laws. She is responsible for and in charge of entire indirect taxation related services of the firm. She specializes in consultation for indirect taxation and representing clients before the indirect tax authorities. She is also in charge of bank audits as well as information system audits. She is an overall in charge and directly heads the proficient team of the firm with her knack for management of men.
Milind Sharma

The erstwhile partner and now an associate of the firm, he practices law as an advocate and specializes in the field of litigation, viz., representing clients before High Court and Tribunals in taxation, corporate, insolvency and bankruptcy, money laundering, benami and other economic offenses matters, for which he travels across the country. The firm’s close association with him helps our clients to tap any legal forum or court at any stage of the hearing and supplements the overall handling of tax as well as allied matters. Being an erstwhile practising chartered accountant, his legal skills are highly augmented by his experience as a chartered accountant.
